Our superb coffee and sensational fresh menu has been inspired by many years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Peter 'The Rock' Stergakis (Owner) has forged a highly successful career in Brisbane's competitive fresh food scene over the past 30 years. He is known as an industry innovator and provedore extraordinaire for supplying premium quality fruit and vegetables as well as the best in local and international delicatessen fare to Brisbane food lovers. Peter operates ROCK on Waterfront and Carina Fresh Grocer at Stanley Rd.

Pip Cleary (Manager) brings 20 years of experience in cafes and delicatessens to ROCK on Waterfront. A long time member of the New Farm Deli team, manager of the Qld Cultural Centre cafes and later, a manager for the Tognini's, Pip's inspiration and passion for high quality food and service will build upon ROCK on Waterfront's impressive reputation. Pip also brings a wealth of catering experience and innovation to her role.

We take coffee very seriously. ROCK on Waterfront proudly serves our own ROCK blend of Aromas coffee.
